- I pile my dirty dishes until I filled both of my kitchen sink. My real reason for that is to safe my water consumption. Besides.... I can't be bothered nagging at/to myself. Besides, that would be silly.
- My spare/guest room is also my laundry room. I wash clothes. When they are dried, I dump them on the 2 super single bed so that I could use the drying line again. Hey, I have to maximise the use of those beds! The matresses cost a bomb.
- I watch tv, have my meals, do my work/reading and also sleep at the same place... that is... my lovely couch. I always nag at my niece and nephews about the bad habit of eating in front of the tv and not at the proper place.. i.e. dining table. Well, I figure that since they are not watching, I can't be setting a bad example for them, can I? I am such a responsible aunty! (I don't have a proper dining table anyway)
- I don't have to clean the place if I don't feel like it. Its just me, myself and I staying there. I see the same thing everyday, and after a while your eyes just get adjusted to whatever!
- I don't have to clean my bathroom that often. All I need to do is to make sure that I don't dirty the place! Besides, who cares. I don't have problem with it, and I'm a regular user! If you have problem with it... get a life then! What's the point of worrying about something that is not yours.
- I get full control of the tv remote, which is good as I do not have pay tv at home! So, I get to entertain myself by flipping channels when there's nothing good to watch on tv. It beats starring at the same screen. Channel flipping is an interesting activties...
- When there's nothing to watch, you can just let the tv watches you while you sleep on the couch! Just bring your favourite pillow and blanket.. so you don't have to move about so much when you decide to just close your eyes and sleep!! I luv it!!! More chance to maximise the use of my 3-seat sofa.
I think I better stop rambling. Instead, I should try to think of good stuff that comes from not living alone.....
